Tennis (ATP) Top 15 as on February 2020

I re-ranked the Top 15 ATP ranks using a Head-to-Head Paired Comparison approach. For each player, P is the number of wins, W the number of losses.

In tennis there are no ties, hence P+W is the number of matches played and hence the Quantity term. I have used P-W as the Quasity term. The quality term is then simply PWD= (P-W) / (P+W). In paired comparison, there is a concept known as recursive iteration or repeated improvement. Thus after 8 iterations of the eigenvector computation, we get a reasonably converged quality vector.

What we have here is the ranking just after the recent Australian Open. On HtH, Rafael Nadal still has the slightest of edges over Novak Djokovic.
